Open mangals are open fireboxes for skewer cooking, with skewer rests along the rim and, on most models, a lower shelf. Laser-cut panels set the character: a vine pattern in the Arroyo Vine Mangal, staggered notches in the Cascade Cutout Mangal, perforations in the Meridian Perforated Mangal and a triangular pattern in the Ridgeline Mangal. The Mojave Windbreak and Monterey Windscreen mangals raise a windscreen at the back and sides. Twelve models, made to order.
